【For Church planters and ministry related users】

Please complete City to City Japan's own questionnaire in conjunction with the 360 Survey application. Please apply via the ‘360 Survey + CTCJ questionnaire’, six people will also be asked to complete both submissions.The CTCJ questionnaire is based around 18 questions that you will be asked to answer and will be used as a reference material during the interviews, which will be very important information for City to City Japan seeks to train and support church planters and church leaders.
