Seeking honest feedback from those who are well acquainted with the candidate strengthens self-perception and provides opportunities for development.
Your input is particularly valuable as City to City Japan seeks to train and support new church planters and those involved in church leadership. At the end of the assessment process the candidate will receive a ‘360 Survey Report’. The report help them identify key strengths, areas for improvement. Two types of evaluation will be used: “City to City Japan's own questionnaire” in the second half of this form, and a survey called the "360 Survey."
