Welcome to the City to City Japan assessment process!
Research shows the most effective leaders are those who know themselves and are able to make decisions based on personal strengths, spiritual giftedness and self-awareness. Seeking honest feedback from those you are well acquainted with helps strengthen your self-perception and provides opportunities for further development.
The evaluation will be conducted using two surveys: City to City Japan's own questionnaire (in the latter part of this application form) and a survey called the "360 Survey".
Alongside your own evaluation you will be asked to provide the names and email addresses of six referees (1 recruiter, 1 spouse, 1 senior minister/leader, 1 colleague/peer, and 2 disciples/trainees). Please make sure you receive permission from your referees before submitting their names. By submitting this form, each of your referees will receive directly a “City to City Japan's own questionnaire” and a link to “360 Survey form.”
After everyone has submitted all of their evaluations, at the end of the assessment process, you will receive a ‘Candidate Feedback and Coaching Report’. The report contains 100+ points of reference to help you identify key strengths, areas for improvement, potential hidden strengths, and potential blind spots. Experience has shown this information to be critical as City to City Japan seeks to train and support church planters and church leaders.
