Thank you for agreeing to complete evaluations on behalf of the candidate!

Research shows the most effective leaders are those who know themselves and are able to make decisions based on personal strengths, spiritual giftedness and self-awareness. Seeking honest feedback from those who are well acquainted with the candidate strengthens self-perception and provides opportunities for development.

Your input is particularly valuable as City to City Japan seeks to train and support new church planters and those involved in church leadership. At the end of the assessment process the candidate will receive a ‘Candidate Feedback and Coaching Report’. The report contains 100+ points of reference to help them identify key strengths, areas for improvement, potential hidden strengths, and potential blind spots.

Two types of evaluation will be used: “City to City Japan's own questionnaire” in the second half of this form, and a survey called the "360 Survey."
