　もしあなたが教会開拓者としてパンデミック中に何かを始めようとしているなら覚えていてほしいこと。。。

小さな始まりを侮らない。
最高の教会開拓ツールは、信仰という霊的な賜物。それを求めよう。
コロナ禍で生まれた新しい教会開拓は「こうあるべき」という期待があるなら、率直にいって間違っていると思う。この時代に対処できる専門家などいないのだから。
あなたを招いている神は誠実な方。
神は、あなたを通してより、あなたの中で何かを実現させているし、まずそれに関心がある。思い巡らすことを大切に。これこそ真の「使徒のような意気込み」
まずはあなたが生きていること、そしてこのパンデミックを切り抜けることこそが勝利。教団やネットワークに次に報告書を提出する際に、過去の働きのハイライトを聞かれたら、このことに触れよう。
これは権力、能力でもなく、御霊によって起こること。注意を払って働きつつも、しっかり休みも取ること。
失敗もある。それも現実、そのままを受け入れよう。
長期戦に備えよう。この一年半は大河の一滴。一時停止してもいい。初代教会は一晩で始まった。それならまた起こりうる。
教会開拓の目的は、礼拝開始ではない。弟子を生み出す弟子を育てること。それに集中しよう。クリエイティブになろう。

そして覚えていてほしい・・・何より、あなたは愛されている。

If you are a church planter and have been trying to start something during pandemic here are a few reminders:

Do not despise small beginnings.
The best church planting tool is the spiritual gift of faith. Ask for it.
Anyone who has an expectation of where you “should” be as a new church plant coming out of COVID is straight up full of it. There are no experts in this season.
The one who calls you is faithful.
God is likely more concerned about what God is doing in you, than what God may be doing through you. Value contemplation. This is the true “apostolic grit”.
The fact that you are alive & coming out of a pandemic is a win. Fill that out on your next report to the denomination or network when they ask for highlights of the past season.
This doesn’t happen by might, nor power, but by the Spirit. Stay attentive. Work out of rest.
Failure is absolutely an option. Sorry... It just is. Embrace reality.
We need you for the long game. 18 months is a drop in the bucket. It’s ok to push pause. The first church started overnight. It happened once, and it can happen again.
The goal of church planting is not to launch a service, but to make disciples who make disciples. Stay focused. Get creative.
